While everyone’s watching memecoins, Lighter ($LIT ) is pushing to a historical high. The token is trading around $5.15 and squeezing up to the key resistance at $5.30.
Why is it growing?
The Lighter exchange directs 100% of revenue to buying back and burning $LIT from the market. Trading volumes are rising, supply is shrinking, and order books show a shortage.
My trading setup:
🟢 Long: Enter on a breakout of $5.30 with confirmation on the 1H/4H timeframes. Targets: $5.80 and $6.20. I’m hiding the stop under $4.90.
🔴 Pullback: If breaking the high doesn’t work out, I’m waiting for a local retest of the mirrored support at $4.60. From there, I’ll look for the long again.
Shorting a deflationary trend is dangerous. I set alerts at $5.30 and I’m getting ready to enter a position.
