At first, I’d easily get anxious. If the price dips a little, I immediately get restless. If it stays sideways for a long time, I start overthinking. Having assets just sitting in the wallet felt like I was losing time.
Turns out it's pretty chill. There’s Binance Earn.
I started with Simple Earn Flexible. I put in some of the assets that were already just sitting idle. You can withdraw anytime. Rewards keep coming in. Small at first, but consistent. What feels more noticeable is my mind gets calmer. I don’t have to keep checking the chart every 5 minutes.
Yep, there’s an automatic subscription feature. Auto-Subscribe.
This is something not many people know the details of. If you enable Auto-Subscribe in Flexible, the system will automatically transfer that token balance that’s still just sitting idle in your Spot Wallet. The schedule is every day at 02:00 UTC and 16:00 UTC—around 9 AM and 11 PM WIB. So twice a day. No manual work needed. The rewards start running every minute.
But don’t go all-in right away. This is really important.
If you’re still actively trading, don’t put everything into Earn. Split it up. Keep funds for entries in Spot. Only move in what you truly won’t touch. Flexible can be withdrawn quickly, but there’s still a process. Sometimes there are also daily limits. Later, when a good opportunity comes, you might run out of capital.
Now, about Earn Locked.
This is different. The APR is usually higher than Flexible. But the funds are locked according to the tenor—e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days. You can’t just withdraw whenever you want. If you redeem early, the rewards you’ve already accumulated can be forfeited, and the funds back to Spot can take 1-3 days.
Auto-Subscribe in Locked works differently. If you enable it, when the term ends the system automatically renews it with the same tenor. Only the principal is continued; the reward still goes into Spot. If the product quota is full, it might not renew, and the money will return to Spot.
Personally, I only put a small portion into Locked. The part I'm really sure I won't touch anytime soon. The rest goes into Flexible + Auto-Subscribe so it stays liquid while still working.
Something most people don’t talk about:
APR Flexible can change anytime. Don’t be surprised if it drops.
There are limits per user and a total product quota. Sometimes when it’s busy, Auto-Subscribe may fail to get in.
Flexible rewards are real-time (every minute) and sometimes there are tiered bonuses.
Don’t expect huge profits from this. It’s a complement, not a replacement for trading.
Now I’m more relaxed. In a sideways market, idle assets still earn rewards. If there are trading opportunities, funds are still available. No panic like before.

So for people who are still just letting their assets sit idle, you might want to think it through again. Do you want to stay inactive, or start using Binance Earn rewards wisely?
Start with a small portion. Turn on Auto-Subscribe if it suits you. Don’t forget to leave some funds to move. And always check the Locked tenor before confirming.
So what about you? Have you tried Flexible + Auto-Subscribe? Or are you still just holding for now?
