Grayscale announced a split of the Zcash ETF shares (ZCSH) in a 3-to-1 ratio. Shareholders will receive two additional shares for each share they already have, and trading accounting for the split will begin on September 30, according to an SEC filing. This will reduce the price of one share by approximately three times without changing the value of the investor’s stake.
Since its launch on August 25, the fund has raised more than $233 million. By September 18, its net assets had approached $890 million, and total trading volume exceeded $11 billion.
