Personally, my experience with FTX left only positive impressions—probably because I happened to withdraw almost everything to another exchange in a couple of days, where a brand-new token was being pumped that wasn’t available on FTX. After that, I was planning to return to the platform... because at the time FTX objectively was the best in terms of user interface convenience, speed of operation, fees, availability of trading instruments, trading pairs, and fiat deposit/withdrawal—everything was top-notch. The support service worked in a unique way: they replied quickly, and the communication felt like an easy, casual chat with a friend in the chat. And most importantly, they resolved all disputable issues quickly and not in their favor—without those standard excuses that support at exchanges usually uses.
Interesting whether anyone at that time still had funds on FTX and whether they returned them to you, and in what amount? I only had tokens with leverage issued by FTX, and on the FTX customer claims processing website they are shown in my personal account; there is a name and quantity, but their value is zero, so there is nothing to demand.
