the truth is binance is my preferred exchange.. but without a doubt they lost control of this with the bots.. and this incompetence has left many users unfairly harmed

I’m in a Telegram group where many Latinos share information about cryptocurrencies and Binance campaigns and other exchanges, and unfortunately many users complain every day because their accounts are unfairly blocked—not just for days but for weeks—and they can’t claim red envelopes. Everyone is falsely accused of using bots.
Even it happened to me once: many months ago they blocked me for 24 hours, and I’ve never used a bot..
Honestly, I think it’s fine to block those who use bots because they put everyone else at a disadvantage, but they should review their operating system well, because how do they determine that someone uses a bot? The truth is, it seems pretty mediocre of them to block users at random. Their strategy is awful.
Do they expect us to applaud them because 1 out of every 1,000 users they block daily was using a bot? That’s pathetic.
Do we have to record ourselves while we’re on every live to prove we’re not using bots?
Hire staff who can actually track real bot usage—who can even determine which bot is being used—so that when you complain, you have tangible proof. Because being transparent is worth more than pretending to do something for our benefit, when all it does is harm us and make us think it’s not worth even joining the lives, since by complaining about a red envelope we can end up getting blocked too.
They want to appear to be in control, but seeing so many people complain about the unfairness only proves that Binance staff can’t distinguish who truly uses a bot.
