Market overview: BTC is currently 81074. Up 6.19% in the last 24 hours, with a high of 81400 and a low of 76296. One strong bullish candle pushed it directly above 80,000.

Technical analysis: In the 1-hour chart, RSI is 79.31; in the 4-hour chart, RSI is 89.25. Both timeframes are simultaneously in overbought conditions, and the 4-hour RSI reading is an extreme overheating signal. The MACD shows a golden cross on both timeframes, and the moving averages are in a bullish alignment—so the trend looks fine. However, the price is already running right along the upper Bollinger Band around 82707. Hitting the resistance at 82300 could easily trigger a pullback. On the daily chart, RSI is only 54.21 and the MACD is still in a dead cross—this move is a sharp short-term surge, not a breakout at the daily level. Chasing it higher? I advise you to keep your hands steady.

Liquidity: the funding rate is 0.0078%, which is fairly mild. But the large-lot position long/short ratio is 1.9755—longs are clearly crowded. In active buy/sell volume, buys are 1234 versus sells at 1734; yet the sell pressure is actually heavier. The retail accounts long/short ratio is 0.9015, slightly bearish—large lots are long while retail is short. This structure is most likely to first poke through and sweep shorts, then reverse to smash longs. Above 81,000, the cost-effectiveness for taking delivery is extremely low.

What to watch today: the Fear & Greed Index is 71 (Greed), and sentiment is already on the hot side. On the trading side, take a bearish pullback approach: don’t chase longs; wait for a pullback to 79,000–79,700 (1-hour MA20) to stabilize, then look again. There’s a pressure zone around 82,300 where you can cautiously test a short with a small position. Until the daily chart turns strong, don’t treat the rebound as a bull market.
