Techub News: CleanSpark, a data center developer, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, CSDC Finance I, will price and issue $2.276 billion of senior secured notes with an interest rate of 7.875%, with the issuance expected to be completed on September 25, 2026. The net proceeds from the note offering will be used to complete the construction of the data center in Sandersville, Georgia, repay the company’s prior investments, and establish a debt service reserve fund. CleanSpark will provide a completion guarantee for the data center project to ensure that the necessary funds are provided if the note proceeds are insufficient. The notes will be offered privately to qualified institutional investors and non-U.S. persons (non-U.S. nationals) outside the United States and will not be registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
