The KDJ has already formed a low-level golden cross. The J value has turned upward from the oversold zone, and short-term rebound momentum is accumulating. The Bollinger Bands have also started to tighten; after the tightening, direction selection will follow. Combined with the previous support level, the probability of an upside breakout is higher.

In previous pullbacks, price bounced up around 79768 every time—this time is no exception. After the support level is repeatedly validated, it becomes more reliable. I’m not trying to buy at the absolute lowest point. Buying at 80732 after support confirmation may make a few fewer points, but the win rate is much higher—worth it.

80732 is at the upper edge of a prior area with heavy trading volume, where the most liquidity is stacked and sell pressure is strongest. The first time it reaches there, there will likely be fluctuations. I don’t expect it to hit perfectly in one go. When it gets there, I will cut some position first, then wait for a pullback confirmation before deciding whether to re-enter. Rhythm matters more than direction.

Set the stop loss at 78772, one notch below the EMA20. Why there? If the support band at 79768 breaks, and price then breaks below the prior low, that means it’s not just a pullback—it’s a true breakdown. In that case, the long-side thesis is directly invalidated. If that happens, holding without action would just mean stubbornly carrying a losing trade.
