$BTC price is only the first layer; position cost is the second layer

First, look at the positioning side: the 1-hour trading volume is about 3.33 times the median of the past ~20 candles, OI is up +0.64% over the past hour, and the funding rate is +0.0062%. Price hasn’t moved far for now, but trading volume has already expanded— the market is rotating positions. The direction still needs confirmation at key levels.

Now, look at the price side: as of 00:43 Beijing time on September 19, Binance’s $BTC spot is at 80,960.01 USDT, while OKX is at 80,969.40. The 15-minute, 1-hour, and 4-hour changes are +0.10%, -0.26%, and +3.41% respectively.

Another interpretation is that after both long and short sides adjust their positions, one side temporarily gains the upper hand on the short-term. Public OI alone can’t answer who is more proactive. The lower boundary is 76,259.98 and the upper boundary is 80,989.99. Only after a breakout above 80,989.99 and a pullback that does not fail can you confirm. If price falls back below 76,259.98, the original assessment is invalid. Until conditions play out, I treat it as position rotation—not a trend.

Just an observation based on public market data; not investment advice.
