9.18 Gold Midnight Review
In the evening session, the low-buy thinking and pace were well handled. After the price surged high, it encountered resistance and pulled back. The market showed the expected pullback. Currently, the gold price is around 4353.
Technical analysis: In the 1-hour Bollinger Bands, the band is closing upward. The gold price has fallen back from the upper band to near the middle band, indicating some weakening in bullish momentum. In the 30-minute Bollinger Bands, the band is also closing in sync; price is pulling back downward, and the short-term is entering a high-level pullback correction. The larger timeframe bullish structure has not been completely broken.
Resistance above: 4374, 4398. Support below: 4334, 4314.
Coco’s suggestion: During the midnight session, pullbacks remain the main opportunity to go long; do not blindly chase shorts. Buy in the 4325–4345 range, with targets at 4372 and 4395. Participate with light position sizing and use a strict stop-loss.
