To be honest, keep calm and watch the chart. Opportunities to “pick up money” are often hidden when emotions are at their noisiest. After $SKY had a four-hour breakout with a surge in volume, the price has moved into the upper edge of the dense prior trading range. In this kind of structure, I usually don’t rush to chase; instead, I first observe how strong the pullback is after the move. The volume is already here—there’s no sign the active buyers have retreated. A pullback on shrinking volume is a healthy signal.

The underlying logic behind this upswing isn’t complicated. First, after a long period of sideways consolidation where lots of rotation happened, the trapped supply above has been digested pretty much to the point where it’s “seven-seven-eighty-ish,” and the selling pressure is lighter than what you might imagine. Second, the leader in the same sector has already opened up valuation space, and capital has started to look for “backfilling” rebound candidates from the second-tier lineup. $SKY happens to be at the exact narrative-switching point.

The market feedback is very straightforward: during the rally, price and volume move in sync; when it falls back, there’s no panic selling flood. This is the classic characteristic of strong consolidation. I’m watching two key areas: on the upside, how price reacts near the prior high—if it can break out with volume and hold, then the upward space is truly opened. On the downside, the support band where this leg of the move started—so long as it doesn’t break down in a meaningful way, the long bias structure is still intact.

At this position, the risk-to-reward ratio is attractive, but the prerequisite is: don’t let your head get hot when prices spike and end up buying at the top.

My bias is bullish, but in terms of timing I’m more inclined to wait for a pullback rather than chase.

The market never lacks opportunities; what it lacks is patience to wait for them. As long as the structure hasn’t turned bad at $SKY ’s current level, the direction stays the same.
