A firm linked to billionaire Patrice Motsepe is consolidating control of Alexander Forbes Group Holdings Ltd. as Prudential Financial Inc. exits its investment in South Africa’s biggest standalone retirement-fund administrator, according to Bloomberg.

The deal will see Prudential leave its stake in AlexForbes while Motsepe’s African Rainbow Capital boosts its holding.
