JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Banco Santander SA are leading more than £1 billion of debt financing for Drax Group Plc’s purchase of renewable energy company Bluefield Solar Income Fund, according to Bloomberg.

The loan backs Drax’s deal for Bluefield Solar Income Fund.
