My take: When it comes to policy/regulatory involvement, I won’t look at the headline only. I’ll first judge whether it affects liquidity, compliance expectations, or the trading entry point.
What I’ll do: Reduce the frequency of chasing orders, and wait for the market to give a second confirmation: high-heat posts keep spreading, related assets pull back and get picked up, and the contract OI doesn’t get distorted.
My personal view: If I were trading short-term, I’d care more about the entry position than about how beautifully the story is told. A story can ignite interest, but position determines whether you can survive.
Not investment advice—just my own observations and trading habits.
