According to an announcement from the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Company, on September 17, 12 NEEQ-listed companies, including Guden Machinery (874851.NQ) and Yunsun Technology (874795.NQ), were transferred into the Innovation Layer. As of that date, there were a total of 5,786 listed entities on the NEEQ, including 3,501 in the Basic Layer and 2,285 in the Innovation Layer. According to the schedule, the NEEQ has six layer-adjustment opportunities each year; this is the fourth adjustment within the year. With the companies entering the layer in this batch, there have been 223 listed companies transferred into the Innovation Layer within the year. Under the listing rules of the Beijing Stock Exchange, issuers should be Innovation Layer enterprises that have been continuously listed for at least 12 months.
