[I Haven’t Cultivated Enough]
At the repeated invitation of an old fellow countryman, on July 14 I went to see him. I lay on his graphene music massage bed (it was a great thing). While he massaged me, the old fellow started complaining to me: the ten machines he had ordered are still sitting in someone else’s factory, and he doesn’t have the money to pick them up. Several kids are under tremendous pressure, and even their tuition is hard to come by...

Considering that his mother is a fan of my grandfather’s (the relationship from two generations ago is still okay), and after telling her to use a few thousand yuan—no more than a tenfold leverage—and to buy $uni immediately, then by early next year their children’s tuition wouldn’t be something to worry about anymore.

He agreed with his words,
but from his reply,
I also knew deep down—
he only agreed with his words.

I often remind myself in my heart:
In situations like this, if there’s no benefit, try not to do it.
It will ruin my own finances.

And yet I still often break the precepts.
I haven’t cultivated enough.
Truly, you have to keep cultivating until you’re old.
