Odaily Planet Daily News: Tenka is an institutional asset-backed finance trading platform that connects asset originators, investors, and liquidity providers, offering services including structured order-book recordkeeping and documentation, secondary market trading, on-chain settlement, independent valuation, and unified reporting. The platform aims to ease liquidity constraints in the private credit market, enabling asset-backed financial instruments to be transferred on the secondary market without requiring borrowers to repay early or for funds to redeem at the fund level. It is planned to launch later this year. The company’s CEO is Emile Dubié.
