Bitcoin is pinned at 76,000 and won’t move—its volatility is so low it’s like trading has been suspended. Don’t be fooled; all the excitement is over on the old coins.
$ONE doubled in a day and then some, with $500 million in volume. AVA surged 75%. Even old coins like COTI that have been lying flat for half a year, they pulled up 40%. It’s all 2021 veterans—collectively coming back to life.
This side of the decline is more brutal. LSK directly collapsed by one-third; and with increased volume, it was sold off for $550 million. One old coin rises by doubling, while another old coin collapses with volume selling off. The same batch of capital—what are they doing? They’re moving houses. Cut the old positions nobody wants, and chase the old tickets with stories.
Ethereum at 2440—steady. SOL just broke above 100. If this level holds, the next stop is 120.
My take: this isn’t a broad rally—it’s rotation. Bitcoin is consolidating sideways, and hot money is picking up cheap plays from the old coins pile, trading on past memories. For a coin like ONE at 0.0016, $500 million can double it. The supply is locked tight; the market maker’s probing works smoothly.
But don’t chase. With meme coins, the rules are: first wave takes the meat, second wave drinks the soup, third wave catches the knife. ONE has already doubled. If you rush in now, you’re just lifting a sedan for someone else.
If you’re going to act, only look at the old coins that haven’t moved yet. Don’t touch the ones that have already taken off.
Tonight, watch when Bitcoin chooses a direction. The longer it stays sideways, the harder the breakout. When that big bullish candle appears—that’s the starting gun for the second half.
