It appears that this free-for-winning thing is over—maybe temporarily. If you talk to support, they’ll give you several reasons why. The reality is that it became such a huge network of claims that they limited it, affecting both those who send them to get followers and those who submit claims.
You should know that your account has no limitations or any issues; it’s something only with the app.
In my case, I had been claiming for more than a year without any problem, so we assume this has ended for now.
