Edel announced an expanded institutional push for its tokenized equity and commodity markets on Canton, led by board member Brad Klaas. The move comes as Wall Street institutions move assets onchain and assess what those assets can do once they arrive, according to BeInCrypto, with Edel also joining the DTC Digital Assets Solutions Industry Working Group on the DTCC Tokenization Service. The service is expected to launch in Q4 2026.
