Red envelope problem????
When I request the red envelope, I get a message saying that I’m not eligible to claim the red envelope, even though my account is verified and I have no issues!!!!!
Please, if anyone has knowledge or experience, advise us on a solution to this problem.
Or is it the same for everyone and a general issue?
