Urgent: Russia's largest exchange, MOEX, will begin launching perpetual crypto currency futures on September 22.

The contracts will track ⁦‪$BTC‬⁩, ⁦‪$ETH‬⁩, ⁦‪$SOL‬⁩, ⁦‪$XRP‬⁩ and ⁦‪$TRX‬⁩.

While the United States fails in the CLARITY law, Russia is moving ahead.
