NEAR is currently around 2.858 USDT, up nearly 16% today. Looking at the daily chart, the trend looks quite good:

  • EMA9 = 2.487 is above EMA21 = 2.292 → the short-term trend is clearly tilting upward.

  • Price just had a very fast rally from the 1.8-2.0 zone up to 2.85.

  • RSI14 is around 72.3 → it has entered a fairly hot zone.

  • Above there is a notable resistance zone 2.90-3.09, especially the previous high at about 3.087.

So 2.85 is not the zone I like to chase a Long. The Risk/Reward right now is no longer attractive.

For the NEAR entry, I will be looking for

The best scenario: wait for a pullback to 2.48-2.60.

This is the EMA9 zone for the day and also close to the breakout area just now. If the price pulls back but keeps the bullish structure:

Entry: 2.50-2.60
SL: below 2.38
TP1: 2.90
TP2: 3.08
TP3: 3.30-3.50 if the previous high is broken.

The second scenario for the case where NEAR is too strong and won’t pull back: wait for a candle to confirm a break above 3.09, then retest the 3.00-3.09 zone before looking for a Long. Don’t buy immediately on the breakout candle.

⚠️ Points to note: If NEAR loses 2.38, and especially if the daily candle closes below the 2.29-2.30 zone, the short-term bullish structure starts to look bad. In that case, you should abandon the current Long scenario and reassess.

In summary: the trend is favorable for a Long, but the current price has run quite far above the EMA and RSI >72. The best move isn’t buying at 2.85, but being patient and waiting for 2.50-2.60 or a breakout at 3.09 followed by a retest.
