The Civilian Control of Corruption (CPC) published a dossier on Acting Prosecutor General Anton Koval‘skyi and raised questions about his property, income of his family, and subordinates.*
In particular, since 2018, Koval‘skyi had been using a 79 m² apartment in Vinnytsia registered in his mother’s name, who worked at a psycho-neurological hospital. In 2023, Koval‘skyi’s wife became an FOP (sole proprietor) and, over less than a year, received 5.2 million UAH in income from the sale of sports nutrition.
The dossier also mentions Koval‘skyi’s deputy, Maksym Kuterha, and prosecutor Anton Vendel, who was dismissed due to an OnlyFans account. The CPC urged the introduction of an independent competition for the position of Prosecutor General and the restoration of competitions for heads of regional prosecutor’s offices.
