The CPC published a dossier on Acting Prosecutor General Anton Kovalynskyi and raised questions about his property, family income, and subordinates.*
In particular, since 2018, Kovalynskyi had been using a 79 m² apartment in Vinnytsia registered in his mother’s name; she worked at a psycho-neurological hospital. In 2023, Kovalynskyi’s wife became an FOP (individual entrepreneur) and, in less than a year, earned 5.2 million UAH in income from the sale of sports nutrition.
The dossier also mentions Kovalynskyi’s deputy, Maksym Kuterha, and prosecutor Anton Wendell, who was dismissed due to an OnlyFans account. The CPC called for introducing an independent competition for the position of Prosecutor General and for returning competitions for heads of regional prosecutor’s offices.
