👨 I do not use bots. The envelopes are still available, but this notification keeps appearing. I ask you to resolve this issue for my account and lift the improperly imposed restriction

If, during subsequent attempts, the notification continues to appear, we recommend trying again a little later. If the restriction status changes, the ability to receive “red envelopes” will be restored automatically
