🚨 Bitcoin Reserve Push Forward! Is Trump Planning to Go Further?🔥

The U.S. Bitcoin reserve plan has taken another step forward.
On September 16, the House Financial Services Committee passed H.R. 8957, the “American Reserve Modernization Act,” with 28 votes in favor and 21 against. This means that the strategic Bitcoin reserve Trump previously advanced through executive action is now trying to be further codified into federal law at the policy level.

The most noteworthy aspect of this bill is its move toward “long-termization.”
According to information released by the committee, the bill plans to place the Bitcoin held by the government under the management of the Treasury, establish a strategic Bitcoin reserve, and also set up an independent digital asset reserve.

In simple terms:
₿ Bitcoin reserves are no longer just an executive policy
🏛️ It’s an attempt to lock it in through congressional legislation
💰 Related digital assets held by the government will also be brought under a more unified governance framework
What’s even more worth the market’s attention is that the proposal allows for further increases in Bitcoin holdings through a budget-neutral approach, rather than directly relying on new taxpayer funding.
That’s also why this committee vote has drawn attention from the crypto market.

Because if it ultimately becomes federal law in the future, its significance won’t just be “how many BTC the U.S. government holds right now.”
It will be whether the U.S. government will establish a more long-term, institutionalized Bitcoin reserve framework.
But it’s important to note this:
Committee approval ≠ the bill has become law.

Next, it still needs to pass consideration by the full House, then continue through the Senate process, and finally requires the President’s signature. Right now, it’s only completed one key step.⚠️
