The moment the news came out yesterday, $BTC C directly swept from the 76,500 twin-top area all the way down to around 75,000. Now it’s slowly pulling back again, re-testing the earlier high-activity volume zone between 76,200 and 76,500.
The timeline this first half of the year is actually quite interesting: the seller power is clearly weakening, but the buyers haven’t really come back yet. In the range from 76,300 to 76,500 is where the bulls and bears are clashing the hardest—this is also the area I’m prioritizing the most.
My thinking is very straightforward: I’m watching two scenarios.
If the price can break 76,500 with strong volume, and the pullback confirms that buy-side demand is still present, then the next target would be 77,400. Beyond that is the 78,000 to 79,000 range.
On the other hand, if price is rejected in the 76,300 to 76,500 zone, and the H1 closing price falls below this range, then BTC will most likely continue lower—re-testing 75,000 to 75,300—before considering pushing back up.
These are just my own observations of the chart and do not constitute any investment advice.
What do you think—will BTC pull back to 75,000, or will it surge directly back to the 77,000 to 78,000 area? Let’s discuss in the comments.
