Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire said the Circle x402 Facilitator service is now live on Arc. According to Foresight News, the service supports USDC settlement on Arc, Base, and Polygon PoS through EIP-3009.

Circle Mint users can now mint and redeem cirBTC natively in the app. Each cirBTC is backed 1:1 by native BTC and can be exchanged at a 1:1 ratio.
