#NVIDIA $NVDAB

The AI story hasn't slowed down.

If anything, the numbers coming from NVIDIA suggest that the infrastructure race is becoming even larger.

NVIDIA reported $96.2 billion in quarterly revenue, up 18% from the previous quarter, as demand for accelerated computing and AI infrastructure continued to expand.

But there is a new variable investors cannot ignore:

Interest rates.

The Federal Reserve raised its policy rate by 25 basis points today, taking the target range to 3.75%–4.00%. More importantly, 16 of 18 policymakers projected at least one additional rate increase before the end of 2026.

That creates an interesting tension for NVIDIA.

🟢 On one side: AI is accelerating

More powerful models.

More inference.

More data centers.

More networking.

More computing demand.

And NVIDIA is positioned across much of that infrastructure ecosystem.

Jensen Huang continues to argue that AI development should not be broadly slowed by regulation. His position is that innovation and safety can be addressed through engineering and responsible deployment rather than restricting the pace of AI development.

And NVIDIA's ambitions go beyond GPUs.

AI infrastructure is expanding into robotics, cybersecurity, enterprise computing, autonomous systems and increasingly complex data-center architectures.

🔴 On the other side: the macro environment is changing

Higher interest rates can make growth stocks more sensitive to valuation pressures.

And the market is beginning to ask a different question:

How much longer can AI infrastructure spending grow at this pace?

That's where the debate becomes fascinating.

Some technology leaders are calling for greater caution around the speed of AI development, while Huang is arguing for continued acceleration.

So NVIDIA is sitting at the intersection of two powerful forces:

An accelerating AI economy

versus

a potentially tighter financial environment.

The real NVIDIA question

The question isn't simply:

“Will AI continue to grow?”

The evidence suggests that demand for AI computing remains enormous.

The bigger question is:

“Can AI infrastructure continue expanding fast enough to justify the enormous capital being invested in it?”

If the answer is yes, NVIDIA could remain at the center of one of the largest infrastructure transformations in technology.

But if AI capital spending eventually slows, competition intensifies, regulation increases, or companies demand stronger returns on their AI investments, the market could reassess how much future growth is already priced into NVIDIA.

And that's what makes NVIDIA so interesting right now.

The AI revolution may still be accelerating.

But the financial environment supporting that revolution is becoming more complicated.

The next chapter won't be just about AI.

It will be about AI + infrastructure + capital + execution.

And NVIDIA sits right in the middle of that equation.
