I’ve seen the groups at 4 a.m. and public meetings where, one after another, people talked about adding to their position using loans. I’ve also seen people who deliver takeout and set up fruit stalls risk their entire life savings just to top up their margin—and I’ve seen others fall into the abyss because of it.
