Sizing is how much of your account a single trade can cost you.
It follows from the stop, not from conviction. If the stop is five percent away and you will risk one percent of the account, the position is a fifth of the account, whatever you think of the setup.
Sizing is the one part of trading you control completely. It matters more than entry timing.
