Venezuela is preparing to ship aluminum to the US under a deal with Mercuria Energy Group Ltd. and Heeney Capital, according to Bloomberg.

The arrangement would diversify the country beyond oil as commercial ties with the US revive after years of economic and diplomatic isolation.
