Bitnomial will act as the deployer for creation and settlement, NinjaTrader Clearing will custody the account, and there will also need to be a bidirectional whitelist—overall, everything is still pending regulatory approval. Hyperliquid is the first protocol it plans to roll out for U.S. users.
