MSFT dips to 493.161—can this wave of 20x leveraged long orders be held?

Yesterday it closed down 1.04%, with a 2.0% intraday range, and trading value was only $0.17 billion. That kind of volume is unusually light for Microsoft—suggesting sell pressure isn’t fierce; more likely nobody is stepping in. 493.161 isn’t a random pick—it sits near the lower end of yesterday’s 2% range, and it’s the first support level in this pullback. If it can hold here, it indicates sellers have already exhausted themselves amid reduced volume. Above that, 499.894 is near the prior high—enough room for a 20x leverage bite. If 493 is punched through directly, then 488.567 is the final line of defense; if it breaks, don’t get sentimental—don’t keep wrestling.

On the news front, there are insiders selling shares. This kind of negative news usually creates more sentiment shock than real impact. If the price falls, it often gives longs a better entry.

My take is straightforward: hang the long at 493.161, set stop-loss at 488.567, target 499.894. Hold if it holds; if it doesn’t, accept it—don’t keep adding repeatedly in the middle.

U.S. 10-year Treasury yields are up to 4.996%, rising 3.5 basis points in a single day. The U.S. Dollar Index is also up about 0.89% over the past week. That means the carry cost for non-yielding assets is moving higher. But BTC is still at $76,016 and up 0.49% over the last 24 hours, and the Nasdaq is down 0.78% today—it hasn’t dragged down the crypto side. This move is crypto holding itself up, not getting pulled under by the rates side. Don’t rush to add leverage; until yields break 5%, treat rebounds as range trading.

MSFT—would you place an order at this level, or wait until it breaks first?

I’ve been trading U.S. stocks for 3 years; I came to this because Binance can trade U.S. stocks now. There are two updates each day, morning and night—feel free to check in.
