According to the announcement from Binance, Capital Connect is expanding investor access as the exchange-native strategy marketplace matures. The platform connects qualified investors with professional trading teams using verified performance data and direct allocation. Previously, Capital Connect was available only to KYB-verified users who met similar financial thresholds. Under the updated eligibility framework, KYC-verified individual investors at VIP level 3 and above will also be able to access the marketplace, broadening participation while keeping the same general suitability and financial requirements in place. The change is intended to extend access without altering the core qualification standards that govern investor participation in the service.

Effective from 2026-09-14, users seeking access to Capital Connect as investors must satisfy two requirements. First, the account must be KYB-verified or KYC-verified. Second, users must meet one of the financial qualification criteria: VIP level 3 or above, total assets on Binance of at least 1,000,000 USD equivalent, or submission of external asset proof equivalent to 1,000,000 USD for review. Binance said investors can access the Capital Connect marketplace directly on the platform, including Express Interest Only portfolios. The announcement also noted that users who are not yet Binance VIP members may explore the program to unlock Capital Connect and other VIP-only benefits, including lower fees, higher limits, and priority support.
