Sometimes the market trades within an initial value area, and then after a strong move, it develops a new value in another price area.
This is called a Double Distribution Trend Day.
⚡ First, the market builds balance in one area.
📈 Then, the strong initiative activity aggressively moves the price.
⚖️ After the move, the market stops in a new area and develops the second distribution/value area.
That means on the chart, you can often see 2 separate high-volume areas, with a low-acceptance zone in between.
📌 Remember
• First Distribution = Initial Balance
• Strong Move = Transition
• Second Distribution = New Value
🧠 Simple Rule:
Breakout from old value + formation of new value = an important market transition.
🔑 Golden Rule:
Don’t just look at the jump in price — also check whether the market is accepting the new area.
