Everyone in crypto is asking the same question:

When will altseason finally start?

Bitcoin moves a little higher and traders immediately start searching for the next 5x or 10x altcoin.

But there is one thing the market still needs.

Money needs to start rotating.

A real altseason isn't simply Bitcoin going up. It happens when capital starts moving from Bitcoin into other parts of the crypto market.

Usually, Bitcoin gets the attention first.

BTC makes its move, attracts liquidity and builds confidence. If Bitcoin then becomes stable instead of crashing, traders start looking for opportunities elsewhere.

Ethereum is one of the first places to watch.

If ETH begins showing real strength against Bitcoin, it can be a sign that investors are becoming more comfortable taking additional risk.

Then large-cap altcoins can enter the picture.

Coins like SOL, BNB and XRP may begin attracting more attention. If that momentum continues, money can eventually spread toward mid-cap and smaller altcoins.

That's when the market starts feeling completely different.

Instead of only a few coins pumping, strength begins appearing across many parts of the market.

But there is a problem.

If Bitcoin keeps taking most of the market's liquidity, altcoins can continue struggling even while BTC performs well.

And if Bitcoin suddenly drops hard, altcoins can suffer even more.

That's why simply saying “altseason is coming” isn't enough.

Watch Bitcoin dominance. Watch ETH against BTC. Watch whether trading volume is returning to altcoins. Most importantly, watch whether strength is spreading beyond just a handful of coins.

Altseason doesn't begin because everyone wants it.

It begins when the money actually starts moving.

And until that rotation becomes clear, patience may be more valuable than chasing every green candle.
