There is no appeal in the savings interests that were established in Venezuelan banks; now, it is interesting to see the "ignorance" cultivated by the government in the people and how they act in response to this strategy. I seriously doubt they will achieve their mission. In Venezuela, the dollar is king, in any of its forms.
