The most striking part: 99.9% support shortening the block production time from 75 seconds to 25 seconds. The goal is very straightforward: faster transaction confirmations.
🔥 The other result is equally clear: 98.9% of voters chose to keep the existing Bitcoin-style halving mechanism. Honestly, speeding things up while leaving the halving rules unchanged—there was hardly any disagreement in the community this time on both matters.
💡 About 96.6% also approved delaying the re-distribution of the fees collected by the Network Sustainability Mechanism to miners until no earlier than February 2031. This plan involves miners’ earnings, but support remains high.
