Each bounce’s high is lower than the last, and the volume is shrinking in sync—this is a textbook distribution tail feature.
Although the daily chart is still slightly bullish, short-term momentum has already started to weaken. The 15-minute indicators have pulled back from the highs but haven’t reached oversold conditions, meaning there’s still room for downside. With the key levels being tested repeatedly but not broken, sell pressure keeps accumulating. My bias is to follow the trend and look for the pullback to continue. As long as the bounce doesn’t reclaim and close back above the structure that’s been lost, the bearish tempo remains under your control.
