#USSenateBlocksClarityAct
The CLARITY Act just hit a major roadblock, and Bitcoin reacted fast.

The U.S. Senate failed to advance the CLARITY Act in a 49–50 procedural vote, falling short of the 60 votes required. The bill was designed to create a clearer federal framework for digital assets and define SEC vs CFTC oversight.

The market response was immediate. Bitcoin dropped from around $77K toward $75K, while ETH, XRP and SOL also faced sharp selling.

From a technical perspective, $75K is now an important area to watch. Losing that zone with strong volume could keep downside pressure active, while reclaiming $77K–$78K would show buyers are starting to absorb the fear.

My take: This is more than a headline. Regulatory uncertainty can affect institutional confidence and liquidity, so traders should watch price reaction rather than chase the first move.

Do you think Bitcoin can reclaim $77K quickly, or does this news keep sellers in control?
