Chinese rice wine sector collectively hits the daily limit; a niche category is repriced

Today, the Chinese rice wine concept surged on unusual trading activity. Jin Feng Wine Industry hit the daily limit in a straight line, Cai Shan achieved two consecutive limit-ups, and Guyue Longshan also briefly capped the board.

A seller’s perspective points out the underlying logic: the volume of Chinese rice wine is moving from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai to the entire country; as for the price, it’s being pushed upward to the high end by coordinated efforts from leading players. This “script where a niche category is repriced” is familiar elsewhere too.

Put it on the chain and it’s the same: long-tail assets, regional stablecoins, and small-cap memes. Once you manage to tell a “breakout narrative,” the valuation can be rapidly repriced. The narrative that a consumer brand’s “premiumization equals an IP premium” is closely aligned with the storytelling logic of on-chain IP and RWA consumer brands.
