⚠️ CLARITY ACT FAILS, BITCOIN DROPS TO THE $75K ZONE

The focus overnight was the procedural vote on the CLARITY Act in the U.S. Senate. The bill received only 49 “yes” votes and 50 “no” votes, failing to reach the 60-vote threshold required to proceed.

After the news, Bitcoin fell by more than 4%, at one point touching $74,887, while the crypto stock basket also faced heavy selling pressure; Coinbase and Circle dropped by around 9%.

The market is currently turning its attention to the Fed’s September interest rate decision. Ahead of the meeting, derivatives priced a probability of a 25-basis-point hike at above 90%.

👉 What to watch isn’t only the rate decision, but also the Fed’s messaging and guidance after the meeting, as this could be a major factor shaping Bitcoin’s next reaction.
