☯️ 9.16|$BTC retreated to 75.7k, ETH has returned to 2400. Don’t rush to guess the bottom before the Fed decision—nor go all-in to bet on direction. What the market lacks now isn’t opinions, but real follow-through after the news lands.
Today is the day of Bingwu year, Dingyou month, Gui Si day. The Gui water sits on the Si fire—use this imagery to read the chart: it’s still “longs and shorts fighting it out; the direction hasn’t broken through yet.” Feng shui/woo-woo is just traditional cultural fun; trading still relies on price, volume/energy, and capital.
BTC is around $75,700. After repeatedly breaking below $78,000 and $77,000, the short-term outlook has weakened. Support is $75,500—$76,000; stronger support is $74,800—$75,200. Resistance is $76,500—$77,000; stronger resistance is $77,800—$78,200. If $75,500 holds and price reclaims $77,000, there’s a chance to repair toward $78,000. If $75,500 breaks and the rebound lacks strength, be careful that the area around $75,000 could be tested again.
ETH is currently around $2,400. After losing $2,500, its relative strength has clearly cooled as well. Support is $2,360—$2,400; stronger support is $2,300—$2,330. Resistance is $2,440—$2,470; stronger resistance is $2,500—$2,520. If it can stand back above $2,470, then we’ll see whether it can reclaim $2,500. If $2,360 breaks, be on guard for $2,300 to become the area for follow-through.
After the meeting, if BTC reclaims $77,000 and ETH holds/clears $2,470, you could look for a repair wave. If key supports keep failing, don’t rush to buy the dip. That first wave of a fast rally followed by a fast drop may not be the true direction—don’t let your position size run too hot. Waiting for confirmation matters more than fearing missing out.
Do you think BTC can hold $75,500, or will it first go below $75,000 to find support?
The above is only personal market observation and does not constitute investment advice.
