📢 bStocks Dividends: TSM (TSM) and Salesforce (CRM)
Binance will distribute TSM and CRM dividends to users holding TSMB and CRMB balances via bStocks. After deducting withholding tax, fees, and other costs, the net cash dividends will be reinvested as additional units or fractional shares of the same underlying securities. Eligible users will receive dividends in the form of TSMB/CRMB stock tokens.

• TSMB snapshot time: 2026-09-16 00:00 (UTC)
• CRMB snapshot time: 2026-09-17 00:00 (UTC)
📌 Scope of impact:
• CRMB/USDT and TSMB/USDT trading is not affected
• TSMB token conversion (1:1 exchange) and deposits/withdrawals will be suspended at 2026-09-15 23:30 (UTC)
• CRMB token conversion (1:1 exchange) and deposits/withdrawals will be suspended at 2026-09-16 23:30 (UTC)
• Binance Flash Exchange will suspend the conversion service for TSMB (09-16 07:30 GMT+8) and CRMB (09-17 07:30 GMT+8), along with the related trading pairs

• Please allow enough time to complete deposits and withdrawals before the suspension period
• Dividends earned by users in other accounts (savings, margin trading accounts, etc.) will be credited to the spot account
