Tonight, the crypto world will be waiting for “ID cards” to be issued 😂
The atmosphere in crypto tonight is like waiting for the college entrance exam results.
Today, the U.S. Senate held a key procedural vote on the CLARITY Act—the core question is whether it can get 60 votes.
If it gets 60, the bill will continue to move forward; if not, this matter will most likely be shelved again and dragged into a standoff.

The focus here isn’t whether the coin price rises or falls by a few percentage points in the short term, but rather the U.S. drawing regulatory boundaries for crypto assets and setting the rules.
In the latest version, in order to secure votes, it has been revised in 126 places— even contentious provisions like allowing public officials to profit from crypto assets and rerouting stablecoin flows into bank deposits have been included.
To give the crypto world this “ID card,” both parties have amended the bill into something like a long graduation thesis.

I won’t make a premature bet on the outcome tonight.
If it passes, watch whether BTC can return to 79K–80K; if it’s rejected, the key will be the strength of support and follow-through around 76K.
The news can be anticipated, so positions shouldn’t be used to gamble.
