Dear Binance community members,
Binance will support the distribution of cash dividends of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited (TSM) and Salesforce (CRM) through bStocks for holders of TSMB and CRMB. The net amount of cash dividends after withholding applicable taxes, fees, expenses, and other deductions will be reinvested into additional whole or fractional units of the same underlying security. Eligible users will receive dividends in the form of bStocks TSMB and CRMB, respectively.
Holders of TSMB and CRMB in the on-chain network will receive dividends in bStocks through an adjustment of the multiplier.
Eligibility
Users who hold TSMB and TSM at the time of the register snapshot as of 16.09.2026 00:00 (UTC) will be able to receive dividends.
Users who hold CRMB and CRM at the time of the register snapshot as of 17.09.2026 00:00 (UTC) will be able to receive dividends.
Key information
Trading of CRMB/USDT and TSMB/USDT will not be affected.
TSMB:
At 15.09.2026 23:30 (UTC), the token conversion service for exchanging TSM shares for bStocks TSMB at a 1:1 ratio will be suspended.
At 15.09.2026 23:30 (UTC), deposits and withdrawals of TSMB tokens will be suspended. Users should plan in advance enough time to complete the processing of TSMB token deposits before this time.
CRMB:
At 16.09.2026 23:30 (UTC), the token conversion service for exchanging CRM shares for bStocks CRMB at a 1:1 ratio will be suspended.
At 16.09.2026 23:30 (UTC), deposits and withdrawals of CRMB will be suspended. Users should plan in advance enough time to complete the processing of CRMB deposits before this time.
Deposits, withdrawals, and the token conversion service for CRMB and TSMB will resume after the completion of the distribution. No further announcement will be published. Where available, users may also subscribe to service restoration notifications.
Dividends from assets held in other accounts will be credited to the spot account, including, among others, the deposit account, margin account, and other accounts.
Binance will fulfill all technical requirements for users participating in this event.
Reinvestment and distribution of dividends are carried out after withholding tax at the source.

Binance Convert will suspend the conversion of TSMB and all associated pairs on 15.09.2026 23:30 (UTC).
