To be honest, the moment the unusual movement appeared, I’d rather believe the hard evidence left on the board than any emotional hope. This drop—$BR —doesn’t, in my view, look like a simple “poke” down. It’s already structurally sending a bearish signal. First, look at the rhythm of this decline. If you trace the past action, whenever the market truly weakens, it’s never just one day ending it—either there’s sustained distribution for several consecutive days, or a tedious, slow grind lower that gradually drains the longs’ patience. In this sell-off, the volume doesn’t match the pattern of a panic-driven one-day washout; it looks more like capital is being steadily withdrawn. During the rebounds, volume can’t keep up, which suggests the buying side isn’t stepping in actively. In this kind of structure, a rebound often only makes way for further downside.

Next, consider the key levels. After that earlier wave of support was broken, it has now turned from support into resistance. If the price rebounds back toward that area but can’t reclaim it, then downside room remains open. I won’t guess the exact number it might fall to. But from a risk-reward perspective, the upside is currently offering very low value, while the resistance to moving down is actually smaller. Someone might ask: after dropping so much, shouldn’t it bounce? Falling a lot doesn’t automatically mean it should rise. Until the trend is truly over, “oversold” is just oversold. What really needs to be observed is whether it can put in a stop to the decline at some level with increased volume, and close with a meaningful bullish candle—pulling the structure back.

Until then, my inclination is that the downward move hasn’t finished. So my call is very direct: $BR is currently biased bearish. Any rebound is an opportunity for the shorts, not a chance for the longs to turn around. Once the structure genuinely improves, it won’t be too late to discuss a directional switch. At this point, patience is more valuable than impulsiveness. $BR
