The Clear Bill is the biggest focus in the current market. We’ll know the result as early as tomorrow early morning. If the bill is passed, the market will surge in response. The more sidelined capital there is right now, the more it will likely move in.

Conversely, if the Clear Bill fails to pass—combined with the expectation of a rate hike on Thursday—if that expectation is realized, a brief pullback is all but inevitable. As of now, the probability that it will not pass has already reached 74%.

But there’s no need to be overly pessimistic. No matter how the market moves, it won’t create a huge “pit.” Instead, the pullback will make investors who missed out on the last rebound more eager to enter the market.

In short, whether it’s good news or bad news, the market will ultimately deliver an answer. What we need to do is preserve our ammunition and go with the trend.
